1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Terrace collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes personal information when people use the Terrace iOS app, Terrace invite links, and related web pages.

It is written around Terrace flows including Apple sign-in, club onboarding, attendance, meetup coordination, chat, photo memories, widgets, moderation, subscriptions, and account deletion.

2. Data we collect

• Account data such as Sign in with Apple identifiers, email relay address if provided, display name, and account timestamps.
• Profile and preference data such as selected country, league, club, onboarding state, and supporter profile details.
• Activity data such as match attendance, meetup participation, squad invites, chat messages, reactions, reports, moderation flags, and memory posts.
• User content such as chat text, emojis, uploaded photos, meetup titles, topics, locations, and match memory entries.
• Optional location data when a user chooses stadium check-in or location-assisted meetup creation.
• Subscription status and restore events for Terrace Plus. Apple handles payment processing.

3. How we use data

• To authenticate users and keep account and club identity consistent.
• To show attendance, supporter density, meetup participation, invite links, widgets, and notifications.
• To power chat, memory sharing, reporting, moderation, rate limits, and abuse prevention.
• To manage subscriptions and premium entitlements.
• To comply with legal obligations and handle disputes or security incidents.

4. Sharing and retention

Terrace shares information with other users only where the product requires it, such as profile identity, attendance, meetup participation, chat, or memories. Terrace may also use infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, storage, messaging, moderation, analytics, and support.

Data is kept only as long as needed to operate the service, enforce safety rules, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The iOS app includes account deletion, which removes or queues deletion of account records and related content unless limited retention is legally required.

5. Rights and requests

Users may request access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, restriction, or other rights available under applicable privacy law. Users may revoke iOS permissions in system settings at any time.
